Paige Hulse joined Winters & King in 2025 and is a valued member of the firm’s business and intellectual property practice. Ms. Hulse received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and began her legal career as a litigator in the energy sector before transitioning into private practice. She brings with her over a decade of experience advising business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizations on intellectual property strategy and a wide range of business matters.
Prior to joining Winters & King, Ms. Hulse founded and operated her own law practice, Paige Hulse Law, PLLC, from 2017 to 2025. During that time, she represented clients nationwide in matters of trademark, copyright, and general counsel services. As an entrepreneur herself, Ms. Hulse believes strongly in advocating for entrepreneurs, and has guided hundreds of clients in building legally sound companies designed for long-term growth and has developed a particular focus on protecting intellectual property portfolios, and the evolving legal implications of artificial intelligence and intellectual property.
When not practicing law, she can be found at Fairway Stables®, riding horses, spending time with her husband, Matt, and further expanding her businesses.
