In 1983, attorneys Thomas J. Winters and Michael J. King founded the law firm of Winters & King, Inc. to provide personal attention and legal counsel to organizations and individuals worldwide. As men of faith, they applied their most deeply held principles of honesty and integrity as well as their work ethic to their new venture, quickly gaining a solid base of satisfied clients.

From our offices in the CityPlex Towers in Tulsa, OK, our attorneys represent individuals and business organizations throughout the state. During our over 4 decade history, we have helped more than 5,500 religious and other nonprofit organizations deal with a variety of routine and unusual legal issues.
