Mr. Nelson is an experienced litigator and has represented a variety of religious tax-exempt organizations. Attorney Nelson brings over 30 years of experience to the Winters & King firm in the areas of business law and litigation, real estate, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and work with tax-exempt religious organizations and churches.
Attorney Nelson received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his law degree from the O.W. Coburn School of Law at Oral Roberts University. Prior to joining Winters & King, he spent two years working in the nonprofit sector in Los Angeles, California, bringing great knowledge and experience in the field of managing nonprofit organization issues.
