He served on the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) Panel of Legal Experts for the Commission on Accountability and Policy for Religious Organizations. Over a three-year time span, the Commission gathered input from the religious and broader non-profit sector to address the accountability and policy issues emanating from Senator Charles Grassley!s staff.
Tom is licensed to practice law before the State, Federal and U.S. Tax Courts, and has served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Non-Profit Law.
